An LSV is a street-legal electric golf cart that meets federal safety standards — including seat belts, headlights, turn signals, mirrors, and a VIN. They're licensed and insured just like a car, and can legally drive on roads posted 35 mph or less in Florida.
Do I need a driver's license?
Yes. Anyone operating the LSV must have a valid driver's license. All occupants must use seat belts, and the same traffic laws that apply to cars apply to LSVs.
Where can I drive the cart?
Our carts are street legal on all Jacksonville Beach roads posted 35 mph or less. You can drive them along the beach, to restaurants, shops, the pier, and throughout the neighborhood — but not on the sand or A1A where the speed limit exceeds 35 mph.
How does delivery work?
We deliver directly to your hotel, condo, or vacation rental within our service area. You'll provide the delivery address at checkout. We coordinate timing to have the cart ready when you arrive or at your preferred time.
How long does the battery last?
Each cart is delivered fully charged with a range of 40+ miles — more than enough for a full day of cruising Jacksonville Beach. If you need a multi-day rental, a standard 110V outlet can recharge overnight.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the rental start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Contact us directly to modify or cancel your reservation.
